Sea of Light

We decided to take a new approach to the traditional tree-lighting ceremony in The Seaport one year, and collaborated with Symmetry Labs to create 8 interactive orbs that responded to movement and sound. Launch event featured performances by Aluna Georgeand Laura Bretan. The Sea of Light brought down thousands of consumers to the Seaport during its coldest months and provided a significant boost to local tenants and restaurants.

To garner interest in the event in the historically low-foot traffic months, we launched a social and print campaign featuring local micro influencers, like designers/artists Leta & Wade.
